Donnie concentrates on serious criminal cases and grand jury investigations, and also assists our clients in major civil litigation.Donnie is one of the most experienced and respected advocates in Georgia. Donnie served as the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia (the top federal prosecutor in South Georgia) for most of the Clinton Administration. As United States Attorney, Donnie was appointed to the Attorney General's Advisory Committee, and served on the Office of Management and Budget Subcommittee, the Environmental Crimes Subcommittee, the White Collar Crimes Subcommittee, the Healthcare Fraud Subcommittee, and the Executive Working Group.

Before being appointed U.S. Attorney by President Clinton, Donnie was the District Attorney in Waycross, Georgia where he prosecuted hundreds of serious felony criminal cases.Donnie is a graduate of the University Of Georgia School Of Law, and has practiced criminal and civil law in Georgia for over 30 years. He is a member of the National Association of Former United States Attorneys, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Savannah Bar Association, the Savannah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Bar Association.
