Bernard Brody is a talented and extremely dedicated Georgia criminal defense attorney. In 2009, Bernard was recognized as a "Rising Star" in criminal defense by the Super Lawyers' publication based on his ability to successfully resolve difficult criminal cases. Bernard is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

He is an honors graduate of the University of Hofstra School of Law, where he was selected to both the Law Review and the moot court team. Bernard is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
